I have had to take my Kiddo back 3 different times after a visits because they use old bands that brake the same day or a few days after the visit. When you call to schedule no one answers the phone they pick up and put you on hold. Currently on hold for 10 minutes w/no human interaction.

I have had two daughters get braces here and while the treatments are standard, the customer service is way below standard. Example, I have been on time for most of their appointments often having waiting till after the appointment time is scheduled for her to even be called back. THE ONE TIME WE ARE FIVE MINUTES LATE THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT STATING SHE CANNOT BE SEEN! The clerk Ariana was not sympathetic to the minor tardiness and refused to check in my daughter. YOUR BUSINESS IS OKAY WITH THE CONVEYOR BELT OF TEETH IN AN OUT AND OKAY WITH MAKING US WAIT LONGER IN THE WAITING ROOM BUT NOT UNDERSTANDING WHEN ITS THE OTHER WAY AROUND!! Looking for different providers for my other children. And all my relatives will not be here, unless they can turn this around!

4 rounds of braces in for 4 of my 7 kids! Love it! Prince took care of us most of the times and Doc Hertzberg is the friggin goat!! Do not confuse his speed with inefficiency or lack of caring!! He’s busy and taking care of a lot of people at once but trust me he remembers everything about you or your kid!! Highly recommended!!

On 13 October at or around 2:03. I called to schedule an appointment for my son’s braces to be removed. I spoke with a woman named Dawn who was very rude, sarcastic, speaking over me and passive aggressive. I have yet to have a positive experience at this location. If you are reading this seek treatment at another location!

FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER- Do not use this facility! If you're considering this orthodontic provider, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. This provider completely changed the treatment plan that was originally discussed with a different orthodontist who left the practice — without clearly communicating those changes to us. As a result, my daughter only received half of the planned treatment, yet we were still charged the full amount. We were repeatedly told we were “waiting” to place the bottom brackets, only to find out much later that they were never going to be placed at all. That was never communicated clearly, and it left us confused and misled. Basic communication seems to be a major issue here — not only with the provider, but with the staff as well, which changes constantly. The only consistent and professional interactions we had were with a young lady named Arianna at the front desk, and a staff member who went on maternity leave and never returned. Many others seemed ill-equipped to provide quality service or answer basic questions with clarity or empathy. At one point, I even had to specifically r
